Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Outline VPN service ("Service") operated by Outline VPN Services ("us," "we," or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing an access key and using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Responsible Use

Our service is provided to enhance your online privacy and security. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must comply with all applicable laws in Malaysia and any laws applicable to you in your location. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Spamming, hacking, or distributing malware.
  • Engaging in any activity that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property of others.
  • Distributing illegal content.
  • Any form of fraudulent activity.

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of your access key without a refund.

3. Service and Subscriptions

Our Service is sold on a subscription basis through our authorized Shopee store. Access is granted via a unique access key delivered to you after purchase. Each key is for your personal use and should not be shared or resold.

4. No-Logs Policy

We operate under a strict no-logs policy, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. We do not monitor your online activity. However, this does not exempt you from your responsibility to use the service legally and ethically.

5. Refunds and Replacements

We offer a 7-day support guarantee. If you experience technical issues that we are unable to resolve within 7 days of your purchase, we will provide a replacement key or a full refund. We do not offer refunds for reasons other than unresolved technical faults.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. In no event shall Outline VPN Services be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
