The Outline server software we use is open-source and designed for privacy. It does not have the capability to log user traffic information.

  • Purchase Information: When you purchase a key via Shopee, we only receive the necessary transaction details from Shopee to verify your purchase and deliver your access key. This information is handled by Shopee's platform and governed by their privacy policy. We do not store your personal payment details.
  • Support Communications: If you contact us for support via Shopee Chat, we retain a record of that conversation to help resolve your issue. We do not link this communication to your VPN usage in any way.

How We Use Your Information
